Our intelligent product line currently encompasses the Intelligent Pretreatment and Coating Production Line, High-Power Laser Cutting Machine, Robotic Welding Workstation for Components, Robotic Welding Workstation for Chassis, Automatic Component Coating Spraying Production Line, and Testing Machines. These technologies are utilized in the fabrication of control machine structural parts ranging from small to large and medium sizes. They ensure high stability and superior motion performance while enhancing our overall production efficiency.
1. Intelligent Pretreatment And Coating Production Line
--Shot Blasting, Pretreatment, Cleaning, Ringsing, Electrophoresis, Spraying among other eleven procedures.
This production line employs flexible control systems and integrates a series of innovative technologies along with new equipment and materials. It actively implements energy-saving measures to enhance both mechanization and automation levels within the painting process. As a result, it significantly improves the anticorrosion properties and aesthetic quality of painted workpieces by five to seven times compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, it ensures that painting production line equipment meets stringent standards for energy conservation, environmental protection, automation safety management.

2. High-Power Laser Cutting Machine
TIANJUN has 4 laser cutting machines, 2 of them are high-power. It can cut through 12M*2.5M plates made from a variety of metals with ease: stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum etc. The error accuracy is only 0.2mm, and the cutting section is very smooth.
Dynamic performance of it is consistently stable and capable of sustained operation over extended periods.
3. Robot Welding Workstation For Components
Automatic welding equipment primarily consists of a welding machine, welding head, conveyor system, control system, and additional components. During the welding process, the workpiece is transported to the designated welding position via the conveyor system, while the control system of the welding machine autonomously executes the welding operation in accordance with predefined procedures.
This automatic welding equipment exhibits high precision and stability in its welding capabilities; it ensures consistent quality even under adverse weather conditions and enhances product reliability. Furthermore, it can operate continuously for 24 hours without human intervention, thereby reducing production time and increasing overall efficiency.
4. Robot Welding Workstation For Chassis
We incorporate industry-leading robots that are autonomously programmed to facilitate seamless frame welding. The frames exhibit super load capacity, compact structure, high precision, and durability, thereby ensuring optimal driving safety.
5. Components Coating Production Line
The paint supply system of the intelligent painting robot is fully automated from automatic proportioning, which is also a key project of intelligent manufacturing.
6. Testing Machines
Equipped with advanced technology, this Salt spray chamber and programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber provides precise and reliable testing conditions to simulate real-life environments. They are versatile and powerful testing instruments that can accurately replicate a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. We use them to ensure that the steel can adapt to high temperature, high humidity, low temperature and any other special conditions customers required.
We have also introduced tensile testing machines and impact testing machines to determine the safety, reliability and effectiveness of the product when the workpiece is subjected to external impact or action.
