One Curtainsider Semi trailer Ready To Be Shipped To Russia

Fulltime is a Russian company specializing in semi-trailers and refrigerated trucks, and has been a long-term partner of TIANJUN Company for several years.

In July of this year, Fulltime's sales manager, Алексей, reached out to us with a proposal to customize a curtainsider semi trailer specifically designed for cold environments, featuring the Fulltime logo spray-painted on the side curtain. After thorough communication and an understanding of their specific requirements, our sales manager Zack proposed an appropriate solution.

This curtainside trailer boasts a robust framework mounted on a flatbed or flat-deck base, effectively combining the advantages of both flatbed and enclosed trailers. The sides are covered with flexible tarpaulin curtains that can be easily opened or closed for efficient loading and unloading.

The side curtains are constructed from rainproof material, reinforced with soft steel wire in the inner layer to prevent cutting and theft. Additionally, these side curtains possess elastic tension—an advantage over rigid closed compartments.

The top structure of the curtainsider semi-trailer features a movable push-pull design equipped with a hidden telescopic pole for ease of operation by the driver. One person can effortlessly move the roof curtain from rear to front and fold it up conveniently, facilitating easy loading of long cargo into the trailer box. This structural design maintains excellent sealing performance while accommodating various types of cargo without restrictions.

This semi-trailer utilizes SAF air suspension technology which significantly reduces its weight compared to traditional steel plate suspensions while minimizing vibrations during transit. This enhancement increases vehicle reliability and durability while playing an essential role in protecting transported goods—greatly improving their integrity rate. Both outriggers and axles are also sourced from SAF.
