The lightweight high-strength steel semi-trailer features innovative side beams that not only widen the bottom section but also incorporate an edge fold of 20mm. This design significantly enhances vehicle strength and effectively increases its load-bearing capacity while ensuring resistance to distortion.

The beam employs an H-style steel flange straightening machine that effectively mitigates issues related to flame correction and welding stress in H-beams. This manufacturing process guarantees beam integrity and prevents bending deflection in the flange plate.

The main beam and through beam form a space frame structure. The main beam utilizes high-quality tensile steel combined with automatic submerged arc welding techniques; it undergoes shot peening treatment as well. These processes collectively balance strength, stiffness, toughness, enhance loading capacity, and provide permanent deformation resistance.

Our stamping rigid suspension consists of tandem leaf springs paired with hanging supports. This thoughtful design ensures strong rigidity and load-bearing capability while reducing impact forces. Balanced axle loads along with optimized lever angles minimize frictional sliding distances effectively lowering tire wear.

Under the premise of ensuring intensity, we have reduced partial weight, incorporated new accessories, and optimized loading capacity while minimizing curb weight.

The double circuit brake system, featuring renowned brand relay valves and high-quality ABS, enhances the safety of vehicle operation and extends tire lifespan.
