Custom-Designed 10-Unit Container Skeleton Semi-Trailer Fleet Successfully Delivered to African Client

On December 16, our company successfully shipped a batch of 10 specially designed container skeleton semi-trailers tailored for an African client. Engineered for heavy-duty transport across demanding road conditions, these trailers offer reliability, flexibility, and high load performance for containerized logistics operations.

Key Specifications & Structural Features:

• Dimensions: 13,000 mm in length, 2,550 mm in width, and 3,990 mm in height.
• Load Capacity: Designed to carry up to 85 tons, suitable for high-capacity container transport in varied African terrains.
• Axle Configuration: Fitted with widened 16-ton FUWA axles. The first axle is equipped with air suspension and lift capability, while the second to fourth axles use robust leaf spring suspension for optimal road adaptability and durability.

Enhanced Functionality for Operational Efficiency:

• Container Lock System: The container body and trailer chassis are secured using 12 container locking devices. By turning the lock handles, the container can be swiftly detached, enabling efficient crane-assisted loading and unloading.
• Forklift Accessibility: Four pairs of forklift pockets are positioned on both sides, allowing easy and safe lifting of the container for ground handling operations.
• Remote-Controlled Top Cover: Hydraulic cylinders installed at the front and rear enable the top cover to open up to 70 degrees, operated via remote control or manual buttons. This feature streamlines access to cargo and improves loading flexibility.

Quality Validation & Customer Approval:

Before shipment, each unit underwent comprehensive testing, including marked lifting point verification under simulated working conditions. The client inspected the trailers and expressed full satisfaction with their design, build quality, and suitability for African transport requirements.
